We are hiring professional C+E truck drivers for international community routes across Europe, offering permanent Romanian employment contracts, Romanian-speaking dispatchers, fixed routes and continuous support from an experienced operations team.

Drive modern Mercedes-Benz Actros L trucks (2026), equipped for comfort and efficiency on international routes, with parking air conditioning, a refrigerator and an onboard toll payment system. Depending on your experience, availability and operational requirements, you’ll be assigned routes that best match your profile while working with a modern, well-maintained fleet.
Drive modern refrigerated combinations for temperature-controlled cargo, including pharmaceutical products. For Pharma routes, we cover the required certification costs and provide working conditions tailored to the specific requirements of this type of international transport.
Work with modern Standard and Mega curtainsider trailers, fully equipped for safe cargo securing. You’ll operate on well-planned international fixed routes with continuous support from our dispatch team.

Our headquarters and logistics base are located in Pitești, Argeș County. For our international community operations, we also have our own operational base in Nettetal, on the German-Dutch border.
We provide round-trip transport to and from your truck by minibus or plane, depending on the route, so you can travel safely without worrying about arranging your journey.
We operate regularly on the main transport corridors across Western Europe, including Germany, France, the Benelux countries, Austria, Italy and Spain, with dedicated routes that may also include the United Kingdom.
Our dispatch team plans each route to optimise transit times while ensuring that driving, rest periods and weekly breaks comply with European regulations and are carried out in safe conditions.
Clear communication makes every journey easier. Our dispatch team provides support in Romanian and plans your routes in full compliance with EU driving and rest time regulations.
Our fleet consists of modern Mercedes-Benz trucks, covered by the manufacturer's roadside assistance network. If a technical issue occurs, you'll receive prompt support anywhere in Europe.
Your journey starts from our base in Pitești, Romania, with transport to your truck fully arranged by us. You’ll operate international routes across Western Europe using curtainsider, box or refrigerated trailers, always in full compliance with EU driving and rest time regulations.
At the end of each working day, you’ll park in secure parking areas. Your weekly rest periods are spent at hotels or motorway service areas (Autohofs), with accommodation covered by the company. Between rotations, you can make use of the facilities available at our operational bases in Pitești and Nettetal.
Throughout every trip, you’ll benefit from Romanian-speaking dispatch support and 24/7 technical assistance. At the end of your rotation, we arrange your transport back home.

Transport to your truck is arranged by the company through organised transfers, with pick-up points located along our minibus routes.

To join AGEXIM as a C+E truck driver, you’ll need a valid Category C and C+E driving licence, a valid Professional Driver Certificate of Competence (CPI/CPC), a valid digital tachograph card, and valid medical and psychological fitness certificates. A valid passport is also required for routes to the United Kingdom. An ADR Packages Certificate is optional, and the company covers the cost of obtaining it.
Transport to your truck is organised by the company. All departures start from our base in Pitești, Argeș County. Depending on the route, you’ll travel by one of our company minibuses or, in urgent situations, by plane, ensuring you reach your truck safely.
Most of our positions are intended for experienced international truck drivers. However, we periodically offer team driving opportunities that allow less experienced drivers to gain practical experience alongside a colleague who is already familiar with international routes.
Your salary is paid on fixed dates every month, directly into your bank account, and you also receive weekly salary advances. The base salary is paid in Romanian Lei, while the international allowance is paid in Euros, providing a clear and transparent payment structure.
The Per Diem allowance depends on the type of transport and the routes you operate (curtainsider, box or refrigerated transport). The exact amount is discussed during the recruitment process, depending on the position you apply for.
The duration of each rotation is agreed together, taking into account the type of transport, operational requirements and your personal preferences, helping you maintain a healthy balance between work and home life.
At the end of each working day, your truck is parked in secure parking areas. Weekly rest periods are spent in hotels or Autohofs, with all accommodation costs covered by the company.
For team drivers operating on international community routes, earnings can reach up to €6,200 per month. Drivers operating routes to the United Kingdom also receive a €15 bonus for every UK crossing, along with a performance bonus of up to €186 per month. Single drivers operating on international community routes can earn up to €3,534 per month, plus an Eco Drive bonus of up to €93 per month. Drivers operating routes to the UK receive an additional €15 for every UK crossing. Full details of the financial package are provided during the recruitment process, depending on the type of transport.
