Payroll Analyst

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Analyst to join our team. If you have solid experience in payroll, a strong understanding of labor legislation, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to accurate and compliant payroll processes within a growing company.

Main Responsibilities:

Calculates salaries and ensures their payment in compliance with legislation and attendance records;
Collects and verifies timesheets and prepares payroll statements;
Keeps track of annual leave and calculates related entitlements;
Receives medical certificates, inputs and verifies the accuracy of the data, and calculates related benefits;
Prepares documentation for the recovery of medical leave allowances reimbursed from the National Health Insurance Fund (FNUASS), paid initially by the employer;
Enters new employees into the payroll system;
Updates salary changes in the payroll system;
Prepares monthly declarations (D112);
Prepares statistical reports requested by the Statistics Authority;
Completes and issues employee certificates;
Prepares various financial and accounting reports requested by the company or external stakeholders;
Provides support and consultancy to management and clients regarding labor law and tax matters related to salary income.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Higher education and relevant qualifications (HR/payroll inspector certification);
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a payroll specialist;
• 3–5 years of experience in the transport industry – considered an advantage;
• Very good PC skills (MS Office) and experience using payroll software (SAL, COLORFUL – an advantage);
• Knowledge and application of internal regulations, applicable laws, orders, and instructions relevant to the field;
• Good knowledge of labor law and payroll legislation;
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with great attention to detail;
• Balanced, proactive individual, capable of making decisions and working in a fast-paced environment;
• Good command of English (intermediate level);
