We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Analyst to join our team. If you have solid experience in payroll, a strong understanding of labor legislation, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to accurate and compliant payroll processes within a growing company.
Main Responsibilities:
Requirements:
• Higher education and relevant qualifications (HR/payroll inspector certification);
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a payroll specialist;
• 3–5 years of experience in the transport industry – considered an advantage;
• Very good PC skills (MS Office) and experience using payroll software (SAL, COLORFUL – an advantage);
• Knowledge and application of internal regulations, applicable laws, orders, and instructions relevant to the field;
• Good knowledge of labor law and payroll legislation;
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with great attention to detail;
• Balanced, proactive individual, capable of making decisions and working in a fast-paced environment;
• Good command of English (intermediate level);
