International Transport Dispatcher

Description

At Agexim Transport & Logistics, we believe that behind every success stands a well-coordinated team and effective communication. We are looking for an International Transport Dispatcher to maintain the connection between clients, drivers, and the operational team, ensuring that every transport is carried out safely and on time.

Working schedule: fixed hours, Monday to Friday, with respect for your free time.

What you will do

Coordinate international road freight forwarding and transport activities;
Manage transport orders from pickup to delivery;
Efficiently allocate and organize fleet vehicles and drivers;
Maintain regular communication with drivers, providing support and useful information;
Find effective solutions when unexpected situations occur;
Monitor the status of orders to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) – we provide support to help you adapt to our internal platforms;
Conversational English; knowledge of French, German, or Italian is an advantage, but not mandatory;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility;
Ability to coordinate activities and find solutions in dynamic contexts;
Previous experience in a similar role or in the transport industry is a plus, but we also value willingness to learn;
Knowledge of the transport market and related legislation is an advantage.
